In this sourcing session, we'll have the following meeting structure:
- Have a link to a requisition in mind that you need a little help on. We'll ask you to drop this link into our chat.
- Our team will identify 2-3 reqs to work on as a group, going over recommended techniques as well as asking the audience for suggestions. If we pick your req, we'll ask you to come off mute to speak to tell us more about the role and challenges you've had.
- Walk away with new approaches and a link within SeekOut for a new group of talent profiles. Even though you may not get your req called on, you can learn universal approaches and new techniques you can apply to your own roles!
